Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team and assist with corporate communications, message development, and content creation. This role involves strategizing, connecting with stakeholders, and supporting marketing and social media initiatives for a large gaming studio.

Responsibilities:

• Lead social planning and execution for Minecraft Education on social media, ensuring alignment with Minecraft’s broader brand voice and business objectives
• Partner with various teams to understand priorities and translate them into effective social approaches and content plans
• Maintain a strong pulse on culture, platform trends, and creator ecosystems
• Perform day-to-day social operations, including content planning, calendar management, and community engagement
• Create, curate, and elevate Minecraft Education content at scale
• Track and interpret social performance, contributing to campaign reporting and using data to optimize content
