RE:DISCOVER is partnering with a global consumer business for a strategic executive role as Vice President of Products and Marketing. This role is responsible for leading an international portfolio, focusing on long-term strategy, brand direction, and product innovation to drive growth and performance across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
- Setting the long-term strategic direction for a globally recognised consumer range
- Leading a team of creatives, product development and marketing across the globe
- Leading brand, product and portfolio strategy across international markets
- Driving revenue growth, EBITDA performance and sustainable market share gains
- Partnering closely with commercial, Licence, Franchise and route-to-market teams to unlock growth opportunities
- Supporting and mentoring senior functional leaders (long-term success planning)
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, partnerships and future growth
- Guiding the business through new and complex challenges, including how it evolves with new commercial opportunities, such as TikTok Shop or Social Selling
Requirements:
- Significant senior leadership experience across consumer entertainment categories, including gaming, toys, entertainment products or other fast-selling CPG products
- Proven P&L ownership at scale
- Experience leading global or multi-market brand portfolios
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Career experience with Product, Innovation and Marketing - whilst working with other creatives
- The ability to influence at the executive level
- A track record of building high-performing teams and cross-functional alignment
- The confidence to operate in a complex, international business environment
