Dell Boomi Lead
Job Type: Contract / Long-Term
We are seeking an experienced Dell Boomi Lead to drive enterprise integration initiatives for a large-scale digital transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dell Boomi AtomSphere, API integrations, cloud/on-prem connectivity, and leadership experience managing integration projects and offshore/onshore coordination.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of integration solutions using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
- Architect scalable and reusable integration frameworks and APIs.
- Develop integrations between ERP, CRM, HRMS, cloud, and third-party applications.
- Lead end-to-end implementation including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Mentor and guide Boomi developers and integration engineers.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and business teams to define integration strategies.
- Implement error handling, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Manage CI/CD processes and deployment strategies for Boomi integrations.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and manage project deliverables.
- Ensure security, governance, and best practices across integration platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term solutions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
- Strong experience with:
- API Management
- REST/SOAP Web Services
- XML, JSON, XSLT
- EDI integrations
- SQL and database integrations
- Cloud and hybrid integrations
- Experience integrating applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, etc.
- Knowledge of Boomi Molecule/Atom setup and administration.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
