Summary:
Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives supporting Electric Operations. This role will drive planning, governance, execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs focused on operational excellence, risk reduction, climate initiatives, and affordability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program planning, discovery, and execution of strategic initiatives
- Coordinate across operations, technical teams, and executive stakeholders
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Drive performance tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
- Develop executive presentations and leadership updates
- Support technical implementation plans and operational pilots
Required Qualifications:
- 4 6 years of Program/Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading strategic initiatives in operations, strategy, or operational excellence
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Utility, wildfire, forestry, or climate industry experience
- PMP Certification
- Experience working with senior leadership and external stakeholders
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $95.00-$100.00 per hour.
