Vanderbilt University Medical Center is located in Nashville, Tennessee, and is dedicated to teaching, discovery, and patient care. They are seeking a Scientific Research Project Manager to manage biomedical research projects, coordinate activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, develops, leads and executes projects in order to meet established goals and objectives in collaboration with the Principal Investigator
- Utilizes scientific knowledge and quantitative and qualitative research skills to perform a variety of research- and operations-related activities, including study design, data management, analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, report/presentation preparation and management of budgets and schedules for proposals and projects
- Leverages a transdisciplinary team science approach when appropriate to drive forward project elements and communications, and identifies appropriate resources needed and coordinates the curation of scientific evidence
- Performs data collection, analysis, and interpretation to update current processes
- Facilitates the proper level of regulatory compliance and document alignment for each study, preparing quality-related documentation and addressing quality-related findings

Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant work experience
