Great West Casualty Company is a premier provider of insurance products and services for the trucking industry. They are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide office and sales assistance, responding to requests for information and supporting complex accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with agents and insureds to support complex accounts in the trucking industry
- Provide office and sales assistance by responding to requests for information, services, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to utilize computer software
- Must obtain and maintain a P&C license within the first 90 days of employment
- Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred
- Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System is a plus!
