Technical Safety Services (TSS) is a leading nationwide laboratory service provider supporting top life sciences, healthcare, and research organizations. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy, growth, and commercialization of laboratory equipment services, acting as a strategic business owner to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the business owner and subject matter expert for Lab Equipment Services
- Define and execute service strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives
- Monitor voice-of-customer, voice-of-market, and competitive trends
- Develop pricing and monetization strategies to support revenue and margin targets
- Lead go-to-market initiatives and commercialization efforts
- Support channel readiness and operational alignment
- Drive thought leadership and demand generation programs
- Partner cross-functionally with teams from Sales, Marketing & Operations
- Work closely with customers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and growth opportunities
- Lead initiatives that influence both day-to-day business performance and long-term growth strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management and/or marketing experience, preferably within services-based environments
- Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and regulatory compliance environments
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and supporting commercialization initiatives
- Track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within laboratory services, life sciences, diagnostics, analytical chemistry, or regulated industries
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field
