They are seeking a results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to support the market success of Propelus solutions by creating marketing content, executing campaigns, and analyzing market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Execute against centrally-built product marketing systems such as ICP definitions, buyer journey frameworks, positioning architecture, launch governance, and enablement standards and apply them to your assigned portfolio
- Execute product launches end-to-end leveraging existing frameworks for launch tier classification, milestone planning, sales enablement, customer comms, in-app messaging, and post-launch reporting
- Conduct customer interviews and contribute to competitive analysis to inform market trends, customer behavior insights, and ICP/persona refinement
- Create high-impact marketing assets such as website content, landing pages, in-app messaging, and ad creatives to drive user engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with growth and performance marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns across paid media, social, SEO, and email, ensuring messaging consistency and maximum ROI
- Build sales enablement assets and training including pitch decks, battlecards, FAQs, demo scripts, and talk tracks to equip go-to-market teams with the messaging and tools needed to win
- Support the Voice of the Industry (VoI) program for the product(s) or business lines you support, gathering insights from surveys, reviews, and customer interactions to inform product development/roadmap, refine messaging, and enhance overall customer experience
- Champion customer advocacy initiatives by identifying and nurturing brand ambassadors, securing testimonials, case studies, and user-generated content to amplify trust and credibility in the market
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in product marketing
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Proficiency in Claude or other comparable AI tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management platforms like Monday.com
