Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients through scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
- Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
- Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
- Maintain clear and compliant digital documentation
- Provide ongoing client support and follow-up communication
- Participate in weekly team sessions focused on mentorship, collaboration, and skill development
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Confident using video conferencing and digital tools
- Motivated to learn and grow professionally
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have reliable internet access
- Have a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam capability
- Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
