TeamBradley, Inc. is a well-established, global building products manufacturer looking for a driven and experienced Northwest Territory Manager. This remote role involves managing a network of independent sales representatives and building relationships with key stakeholders in the building products space.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage and develop a network of independent sales representatives across the Northwest, making joint and independent calls on architects, engineers, wholesale distributors, showrooms, and modular builders
- You will drive specification activity, track project pipelines, conduct CEU presentations, participate in industry trade organizations (AIA, IIDA, NARI, ASID, MBI, and others), and represent the brand at trade shows and events
- Up to 50% travel within the territory is expected
Requirements:
- Be able to do the job as described
- Degreed business, sales, marketing, or a related field rounds out the profile
- 5 or more years of experience in the building products channel, with a solid understanding of how specification selling works and how to navigate a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle
- Organized, technically comfortable, and confident in presenting to design and engineering professionals
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office is required
- Knowledge of building products distribution, construction practices, or the specification process is a strong plus
- Thrive in presenting information one-to-one, at trade shows, and in groups/event environments
- Preference for candidates located near a major airport for efficient territory coverage
