- Experienced Process/Business Analyst with strong expertise in Healthcare Automation across Payer and Provider environments
- Hands-on experience with healthcare workflows involving Prior Authorization, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Utilization Management
- Skilled in process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational transformation initiatives within healthcare organizations
- Experience working with Epic Systems EMR systems; exposure to Oracle Health Cerner is a plus
- Proficient in RPA automation initiatives using UiPath for streamlining healthcare operations and reducing manual effort
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and EDI transactions
- Experienced in business process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and documentation of current/future state workflows
- Ability to perform ROI analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and business case development for automation and transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills with clinical, operational, and technical teams
- Experience supporting change management initiatives, user adoption strategies, and process standardization efforts
- Skilled in project coordination, requirements gathering, UAT support, and delivery within healthcare environments
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, claims workflows, authorization processes, and payer-provider integration models
- Healthcare certifications such as CRCR or RHIA preferred
