Accenture is a leading global professional services company, and they are seeking a Human Resources Manager for their Infrastructure & Capital Projects division. The role involves overseeing onboarding, maintaining employment records, supporting performance management, and fostering a positive work culture among employees.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll oversee and facilitate a seamless onboarding and orientation experience for new employees
- You’ll ensure new‑hire documents are received within specified deadlines and coordinate with Mobility and hiring managers for any new hires requiring sponsorship
- You’ll maintain accurate employment records within HR systems while upholding a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
- You’ll work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity
- You’ll lead conflict‑resolution efforts, support performance engagement and corrective action plans, and coach managers through employee performance discussions
- You’ll support performance‑management processes, including communication, training, tracking completion, and development planning
- You’ll investigate and document employee‑relations situations
- You'll promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive work culture
- You’ll serve as the HR Manager for the Data Centers workforce, building strong relationships with managers and employees alike
- You’ll work with the HR team to ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- You’ll manage and support a variety of HR projects related to onboarding, performance management, talent development, and employee‑engagement programs
- You’ll provide coaching, guidance, and support on HR policies and procedures
- You’ll partner with TA to continue developing effective hiring methods and streamline processes
- You’ll support corporate initiatives related to training and development
- You’ll ensure compliance with required Ethics & Compliance training
- You’ll provide training to new managers on HR best practices and policies
- You’ll advocate for organizational change and support managers and employees through change initiatives
- You’ll collaborate with the operations team to create and oversee employee‑recognition programs, employee events, and other activities that foster a positive and highly engaged environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive HR management experience
- Strong HR generalist experience required, including employment law and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP and/or Workday), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing-deadline driven environment
- Ability to operate with significant autonomy and demonstrate initiative
- Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player
