About this role
IDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading the deployment of a Talent Acquisition Tech stack to streamline systems and improve recruiter workflows within the HR and recruiting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of Talent Acquisition systems, including Workday and related platforms
- Drive the design and delivery of a streamlined HR and recruiting technology landscape
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise platforms
- Support smaller Workday-related initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- 8+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably within HCM systems or ERP implementations
- Solid understanding of HR and recruiting principles, as well as enterprise integration platforms
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, Workday
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
- Experience with AI, Phenom or Paradox preferred
