ServiceNow Business Analyst/Scrum Master

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst/Scrum Master to work remotely on long-term projects. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, leading workshops, and collaborating with technical teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions
• Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Support ServiceNow Demand Portal implementations and enhancements
• Analyze and recommend solutions involving custom forms, workflows, catalog items, and portal enhancements
• Collaborate with developers and architects on extending ServiceNow tables and configuring platform capabilities
• Support implementations and enhancements across: Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Compliance, Vulnerability Response / Vulnerability Management, Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking within ServiceNow
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Security, Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Operations teams
• Support release planning, change management, and production deployments
• Create and maintain business process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, workflow diagrams, and training materials

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on ServiceNow platform projects
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including: Demand Management / Demand Portal, GRC, IRM, Security Compliance, Vulnerability Response, CSM
• Experience with ServiceNow table extensions, custom forms, workflows, and platform configurations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture
• Experience writing user stories, process documentation, and functional specifications
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating UAT and production releases
• ServiceNow CSA or CIS certifications preferred
• Experience working with Security Operations (SecOps) implementations
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and ServiceNow reporting/dashboard capabilities
• Experience in enterprise risk, compliance, or security environments is highly preferred
• Experience with ITSM and Service Portal
• Exposure to workflow automation and process optimization initiatives
• Prior experience supporting large enterprise ServiceNow transformations
