Diverse Lynx is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the healthcare sector. The role involves supporting members by providing accurate information to assist them in making informed healthcare decisions while handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Handle 50–70 inbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Address inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims, policies, and procedures
- Document and track customer interactions accurately
- Resolve issues or route them to appropriate teams when necessary
- Manage escalations with diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach
- Navigate multiple systems and databases while assisting customers
- Maintain productivity, quality, and service standards
- Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective issue resolution
- Deliver excellent customer experience and satisfaction
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work full-time with flexible shifts
- Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills
- Experience in healthcare or insurance industry
- Call center experience
- Data entry experience
- Familiarity with tools such as OnBase, LeaveSource, or MS Office
