Largeton Group is seeking an Instanda Business Analyst to support their insurance-related projects. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, mapping business processes, and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Instanda-based implementations
- Map current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical teams
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions independently
- Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business expectations
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience working on the Instanda platform
- Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
- Good understanding of Reinsurance and Workers Compensation processes
- Familiarity with the insurance product lifecycle and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong expertise in process mapping and workflow analysis
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and Bizagi
- Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Ability to independently conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders
- Strong skills in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience engaging effectively with both business and technical teams
- Strong ability to present, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment
- Experience working with US-based clients
- Understanding of US insurance market practices and standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Instanda-based implementations
- Map current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical teams
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions independently

- Instanda certifications or relevant insurance certifications (added advantage)
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
