Nsight Health is transforming how care is delivered through innovative technologies in healthcare. The PMO Lead will be responsible for building the project management function from the ground up, ensuring that the organization executes its critical initiatives effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Design and establish the Nsight Health PMO from the ground up — frameworks, templates, intake process, reporting standards, and governance structure
- Build the Monday.com infrastructure that powers the PMO — project boards, status dashboards, milestone tracking, and executive reporting views
- Create reusable templates and playbooks that make project initiation faster and more consistent across all brands
- Lay the groundwork for a future team of PMs — building a function designed to scale, not just to work for one person
- Own the active project portfolio across all Ciullo Inc. brands — knowing at any moment what is in flight, what is at risk, and what is behind
- Partner with executives and functional leaders to scope projects clearly — defining objectives, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success criteria before work begins
- Drive cross-functional coordination across brands and departments — connecting the right people, surfacing conflicts early, and keeping work moving
- Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and milestone reviews — with clear agendas, documented decisions, and assigned next steps
- Hold executives accountable to project commitments — with directness, professionalism, and enough persistence to get results without burning relationships
- Surface blockers and escalate risks to the COO before they become missed deadlines
- Provide the COO with a clear, current view of the entire project portfolio at all times — status, risk, and recommended actions
- Bring structure to executives who are strong operators but not natural project managers — you make it easy for them to stay on track
- Build and maintain a portfolio-level reporting cadence — weekly status summaries, milestone heat maps, and risk registers
- Translate project complexity into clear, concise executive updates — no jargon, no noise, just what matters
- Track and report on delivery metrics over time — on-time delivery rate, scope changes, blockers by category — to identify systemic issues
- Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, reporting, and communication
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment
- Proven experience building or formalizing a PMO or project management function — not just operating within one
- Monday.com power user — you know how to build boards that people actually use
- Exceptionally organized as a professional discipline — you have systems, you maintain them, and you hold others to them
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills — you can have a direct, accountability-driving conversation with a VP or C-suite leader
- A true self-starter — you identify what needs to be managed before being asked, build the plan without a template, and follow up without being reminded
- AI fluency — you use AI tools to do your job better and faster
- Healthcare or healthcare-adjacent experience — understanding of clinical operations, SaaS, or regulated environments
- PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification — track record matters more than credentials
