The Sales Development Lead is responsible for building and elevating Strada’s global Sales Development function in support of enterprise pipeline growth, focusing on establishing best practices and driving qualified pipeline creation aligned to revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing best practices for inbound and outbound prospecting
- Standardizing qualification and performance metrics
- Coaching and developing team members
- Strengthening cadence discipline and pipeline hygiene
- Driving qualified pipeline creation aligned to revenue goals
- Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute targeted campaigns
- Improving lead quality and follow-up
- Managing SDR playbooks
- Optimizing the use of sales development tools, data, and reporting
