Project Manager - Remote

Providence is a comprehensive health care organization that serves a wide range of communities. They are seeking a Project Manager for Virtual Care and Digital Health who will manage the implementation and launch of virtual care services and internal projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects which primarily include the implementation and launch of enterprise, regional, and collaborative virtual care services in internal and external Providence customer sites
• Leading all aspects of the project lifecycle, partnering closely with sponsors/leaders at each customer site and VCDH colleagues critical to successful implementations
• Navigating and communicating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders within different business units, functional area, and matrixes
• Leading teams to achieve project goals within the project timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Coursework/Training: Training in project management, change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. PMP/PMI, Agile, CAP, Workout, Six Sigma, LEAN, CQIA, etc.)
• 3 years of Managing projects and/or programs
• 2 years of Demonstrated track record of implementing projects with high levels of customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
• 2 years of Presentation and facilitation experience to executive audiences
• Project Management Professional (PMP) upon hire
• 2 years of Healthcare industry experience
• 1 year of Telehealth experience
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications
