Percepta is a company that specializes in creating customer loyalty across the globe. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Content Marketing Creator to lead full-cycle recruitment delivery, develop strategic recruiting plans, and enhance candidate engagement and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment delivery across high-volume hiring programs and corporate hiring needs
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans aligned with workforce forecasts, business priorities, and service level expectations
- Partner with Operations leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce demand, talent gaps, and hiring priorities
- Oversee recruiter performance, productivity, and funnel health to ensure hiring performance metrics are met
- Ensure consistent execution of recruiting processes, assessments, and compliance standards
- Support workforce ramp planning, surge hiring, and critical staffing initiatives
- Design, implement, and manage candidate engagement strategies that improve application conversion, attendance, and offer acceptance rates
- Oversee multi‑channel candidate communications including email, SMS, phone outreach, social engagement, and CRM workflows
- Lead virtual and onsite hiring events, open houses, and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the end‑to‑end candidate journey to reduce drop‑off and improve satisfaction
- Monitor candidate satisfaction metrics and drive improvements based on insights and feedback
- Partner with Marketing and HR teams to strengthen employer branding initiatives across digital and local markets
- Develop targeted recruitment campaigns leveraging job boards, social media, referral programs, and community partnerships
- Support local market engagement strategies to attract talent in competitive labor markets
- Enhance the company’s brand visibility through hiring events, strategic partnerships, and community outreach activities
- Analyze recruiting funnel metrics, conversion ratios, and sourcing effectiveness to identify optimization opportunities
- Maintain reporting related to: Time-to-fill, Interview show rates, Offer acceptance, Candidate pipeline health, Source effectiveness, Hiring event outcomes
- Leverage ATS and CRM technologies to automate and optimize candidate engagement workflows
- Ensure all recruiting operations align with company policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Coach and develop recruiters and recruiting coordinators to elevate performance and candidate experience delivery
- Foster strong cross‑functional partnerships with: Operations, HR, Workforce Management, Learning & Development, Marketing
- Serve as a strategic advisor on talent market trends and hiring challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 6+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent engagement, or high‑volume recruiting leadership
- Proven ability to lead in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment supporting high-volume hiring operations
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence candidates across multiple channels
- Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and scheduling tools
- Ability to support both virtual and onsite recruiting events as needed
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on hiring demand
- Experience in BPO, contact center, retail, hospitality, or similarly fast-paced operational environments
