Scrum Master / Project Manager

Diverse Lynx is a company seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager responsible for leading Agile delivery teams and managing end-to-end project execution. The role focuses on ensuring successful delivery against scope, timelines, cost, and quality while driving Agile adoption and team effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Ensure adherence to Scrum processes, Definition of Done, and quality standards
• Drive Agile maturity and promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration
• Plan, track, and manage project scope, schedule, cost, and milestones
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, issues, and action items; ensure timely resolution
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and governance updates
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of sprint and release commitments

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities
• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) or Project Management certifications
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
• Technical background or prior experience working with development teams
