The role involves owning and scaling user acquisition for mobile game titles across global markets, driving profitable growth, and leading rapid experimentation across various acquisition platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale user acquisition for mobile game titles across global markets
- Drive profitable growth across platforms including Meta, AppLovin, Google, TikTok, Unity, and DSPs
- Partner closely with creative, product, and data teams to unlock growth opportunities
- Lead rapid experimentation across creatives, bidding, targeting, and monetization levers
- Analyze performance deeply and make fast, high-conviction decisions
- Push the boundaries of growth systems, automation, and creative strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing / user acquisition for mobile games or consumer apps
- Strong track record of scaling campaigns with a sharp focus on ROAS and LTV
- Deep understanding of the mobile gaming growth ecosystem, platforms, and measurement stack
- High agency, intensity, and ownership mindset
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambitious environments with very high standards
- Relentlessly curious, competitive, and obsessed with finding scalable growth
- Experience working at leading hypercasual, hybridcasual, or scaled mobile gaming companies is strongly preferred
