Delinea is a pioneer in securing identities through intelligent authorization and is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing insights, planning, and program management initiatives. This role involves developing marketing plans, delivering performance analysis, managing reports, and overseeing budget management while collaborating with the marketing leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual, half yearly (and quarterly update) marketing planning process across all marketing teams
- Responsible for reporting and analysis on growth marketing performance (including marketing budget management and return on marketing investment)
- Use marketing and business data to identify opportunities for growth and work with growth marketing teams, product marketing and sales development to scope growth campaigns/programs
- Leading Marketing transformational projects
Requirements:
- 7+ years of marketing experience at high-growth tech companies
- Strong B2B marketing background within the technology sector; cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage
- Broad marketing expertise, with hands-on experience in planning, demand generation, digital, channel, and field marketing
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities with ease
- Performs well under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, even when navigating budget or resource constraints
- Confident working with marketing data, performance metrics, and systems to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong capabilities in budget oversight and marketing performance measurement
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI
