Microsoft 365 Integration Engineer (Remote)

Location: Canada

We are seeking a hands-on technical resource capable of bridging architecture and engineering responsibilities for a secure integration between ChatGPT Enterprise and Microsoft 365. This role will translate solution design into implementation, with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and SharePoint Online, while ensuring alignment with security and governance requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Translate solution architecture into configured Entra Enterprise Applications, including SSO,consent, and access models
• Implement and validate Microsoft Graph API permissions using a least-privilege, delegatedaccess approach
• Configure and test SharePoint Online access behavior, ensuring alignment with user-basedpermissions
• Apply and validate Conditional Access policies, including MFA, session controls, andcompatibility adjustments
• Execute integration testing, including authentication flows, data access scenarios, and securityvalidation (positive and negative cases)
• Configure and verify logging and audit capabilities across Entra and Microsoft 365
• Support pilot deployment and production rollout, including troubleshooting and tuning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security, compliance, and usability requirements aremet
• Contribute to documentation and runbooks for operational handoff

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong & measurable experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including EnterpriseApplications and Conditional Access
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API permissions and OAuth flows (delegated vsapplication)
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online permissions and access models
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting SSO integrations with SaaS applications
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance concepts, including logging and audit capabilities
• Ability to perform end-to-end testing and validation of identity and access scenarios

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Purview (sensitivity labels, DLP)
• Exposure to Defender for Cloud Apps or SIEM integrations
• Experience supporting AI or API-driven integrations with enterprise SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and modern identity architectures
