Bidgely Inc. is an AI-powered SaaS company focused on enabling smarter, data-driven energy decisions. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for driving outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads to support the company's revenue goals while providing opportunities for career growth into Account Executive or team lead positions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for new Bidgely prospects, owning inbound and outbound outreach with a true hunter mindset
- Execute disciplined, timely follow-up on Marketing Qualified Leads, inbound inquiries, and website traffic, clearly articulating Bidgely's value proposition
- Drive outbound prospecting into target accounts, identifying and engaging key stakeholders, and closing for high-quality discovery meetings with the account team
- Own event pipeline execution including pre-event outreach, at-event meeting booking, and structured post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline impact
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead stage management, and data hygiene in Salesforce and prospecting tools such as Salesloft
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Bidgely's solutions, market landscape, and competitive positioning
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team quota targets through grit, accountability, and execution excellence
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of SDR or BDR experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- A hunter mindset with strong personal accountability and execution discipline
- Demonstrated quota attainment. Top performers show their numbers and you should be no different
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity startup environment
- Highly organized with strong data hygiene habits in CRM and sales engagement tools
- Coachable, resilient, and genuinely motivated by ownership and career growth
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesloft
- Background in a startup or high-growth SaaS company
- Familiarity with the energy, utility, or cleantech space
