Product Manager

STAN AI is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers, on a mission to build the world's first AI property manager. They are seeking a Product Manager to help build and refine their product experience, working closely with cross-functional partners to ship features that delight users.

Responsibilities:

• Own and ship product features end-to-end, from writing PRDs and user stories to coordinating launches and reviewing results
• Talk to users regularly, run interviews, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform what we build next
• Partner closely with engineers and CS in daily standups, sprint planning, and design reviews to keep work moving smoothly
• Help maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and contribute to roadmap planning under the direction of product leadership
• Use product analytics tools to monitor feature performance, surface insights, and inform iteration
• Partner with engineering to test new features, verify acceptance criteria, and ensure a high-quality user experience at launch
