Aggreko provides flexible energy and temperature control solutions, and they are seeking a Natural Gas Product Manager to define and manage the natural gas product portfolio. The role involves conducting market analysis, collaborating with various teams, and preparing business cases to enhance product performance and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the natural gas product portfolio, including performance specifications, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle strategy
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, identifying customer needs, and translating insights into product requirements and roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to support product development, launch plans, and customer solutions
- Prepare business cases, monitor product performance, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and profitability
- Support key customer opportunities, provide product training and documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental standards
Requirements:
- Strong product management skills, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and requirements definition
- Experience with natural gas or energy-related products, including familiarity with power generation, gas engines, or related technologies
- Proficiency in market and competitive analysis, financial modeling, and business case development
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales, marketing) in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus
- Experience in B2B or industrial solutions and familiarity with safety, regulatory, and environmental considerations in the energy sector
- Comfort working independently, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines in a remote setting
- Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites, operational locations, or internal meetings as required
