About this role
BrothersTech is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, platform reliability, and application deployments across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with Development, SRE, Cloud, and Security teams to improve scalability, automation, reliability, and deployment efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Monitor platform health, system reliability, and application performance
- Implement logging and monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Splunk
- Collaborate with development teams for release management and deployment automation
- Improve security posture through DevSecOps best practices
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production issues
- Support high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability initiatives
- Maintain Linux-based production environments
- Participate in on-call rotation and production support activities
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering / SRE roles
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Linux system administration
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and security concepts
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Experience with EKS, ECS, or OpenShift
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and security automation
- Experience with Ansible or configuration management tools
- Exposure to SRE concepts and observability
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer preferred
