Locala is the world’s leading commerce media platform, leveraging consumer insights and location data to increase brand awareness, drive consumers to store, and deliver smarter business outcomes. The Pre-Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing persuasive media plans and proposal responses, driving new business by aligning strategies with client goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of RFP responses, including crafting strategic narratives, building media plans, integrating data-driven insights, and clearly articulating success metrics
- Design comprehensive, multi-channel media plans (Display, DOOH, Audio, CTV, etc.) tailored to client goals and budget constraints. Define audience targeting, channel mix, investment allocation, and delivery timelines
- Partner closely with Sales to uncover client pain points, marketing goals, and target audiences. Proactively identify opportunities through insights and market analysis to inform high-impact strategies
- Leverage Locala’s proprietary planning platform and data tools to generate actionable insights for both RFPs and proactive prospecting. Translate location intelligence, audience behavior, and market trends into compelling narratives that strengthen proposals and uncover new business opportunities. Clearly connect insights to strategy, media recommendations, and expected outcomes
- Coordinate with Ad Ops and Platform teams to validate inventory availability and ensure pricing accuracy and feasibility
- Develop visually compelling, insight-driven client presentations. Partner with Sales and participate in client meetings as a subject matter expert, confidently presenting strategy, insights, and recommendations
- Drive the RFP workflow, ensuring timely input from Sales, Creative, Ad Ops, and Platform teams. Deliver high-quality proposals within deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of proposal activity across internal systems (CRM, planning, and project management tools). Identify and champion process improvements that increase speed, consistency, and quality of output
Requirements:
- All candidates must be based in either PST time zones
- Over 2 years experience in the Ad Tech/Digital advertising field
- Strong understanding of Media Agency landscape
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities & meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets and prioritizing them into actionable insights
