HEDIS Business Analyst

eTeam is a company seeking a HEDIS Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves analyzing HEDIS measure changes, understanding related data, and communicating findings to business leaders while contributing to data logic and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Strong experience analysing year over year HEDIS measure changes by separating spec, value set, code, and data availability impacts—not just rate differences
• Deep understanding of HEDIS related data (medical, pharmacy, provider, medical records) and ability to research gaps, propose data additions, assess impact, and estimate effort
• Proven ability to explain measure changes and root causes to business and leadership, including quantifying drivers and recommending actionable improvements
• Hands on contributor involved in creating or influencing specs and data logic, capable of ad hoc vendor file research, documentation, and proposing enhancements (not just running canned reports)
• Strong Hands-on SQL writing experience
