People Insights Associate

Attentive is an AI marketing platform that focuses on 1:1 personalization to enhance brand and customer connections. The People Insights Associate will transform talent data into actionable insights, collaborating with various teams to improve decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver dashboards and data stories on key workforce metrics like attrition, hiring, and engagement
• Go beyond the numbers—translate data into clear takeaways and recommendations
• Help leaders understand what’s changing and what actions to take
• Work closely with teams like Total Rewards, Recruiting, and Talent Development on high-impact data analyses
• Scope the right questions, gather the right data, and deliver insights that inform real decisions
• Act as a thought partner, not just a data provider
• Help evolve how the People team uses data, with AI as a core part of that shift
• Test new tools and build automations that reduce manual reporting
• Find ways to move faster while improving the quality and impact of insights
• Manage day-to-day administration of our HR analytics platform
• Ensure data quality, maintain dashboards, and manage user authorizations
• Keep our systems clean, reliable, and easy to use
