Windows QA Engineer (IT Systems & Endpoint Management)

Aiden Technologies, Inc. is dedicated to simplifying IT endpoint management. They are seeking a dedicated Windows QA Engineer to ensure reliability, performance, and usability across Windows-based systems and infrastructure, by designing and executing test plans, validating software packages, and supporting automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Windows-based applications and systems
• Validate software packages, installations, upgrades, and configurations in Windows environments
• Perform QA validation on endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft Intune deployments
• Test and troubleshoot Windows OS deployments and task sequence issues across multiple versions (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
• Support and validate VM environments, including provisioning, configuration, and testing
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Hyper-V environments and virtual machines
• Validate file system operations, permissions, and enterprise file management processes
• Perform regression, functional, and system testing across enterprise IT workflows
• Document defects clearly and work with development to drive resolution
• Support automation initiatives where applicable to improve QA efficiency
