Fountain is a leading enterprise solution for frontline workforce management, providing a seamless applicant experience for workers. The Enterprise Project Manager will oversee complex customer deployments, ensuring a world-class onboarding experience and acting as a liaison between various teams to meet enterprise commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end project plan for enterprise implementations, including milestones, dependencies, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications
- Act as the connective tissue between Enterprise Implementation Managers, Integration Consultants, Solutions Engineers, and R&D
- Partner with R&D to log, prioritize, and track product features required to fulfill enterprise customer commitments
- Build and maintain project status reports, executive-facing updates, and risk registers for both internal leadership and customer stakeholders
- Develop and iterate on enterprise delivery playbooks, capturing lessons learned across strategic accounts
- Monitor project hours, third-party vendor allocations, and budget burn against plan
- Leverage AI tools, both assistive and agentic, to accelerate project documentation, generate status updates, summarize meeting notes, and surface risks across concurrent workstreams
Requirements:
- 8+ years of project management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, HR tech, or workforce technology
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations at global or large enterprise accounts
- Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tooling (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent)
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to define feature requirements and manage roadmap dependencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present project status to C-suite stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Highly organized with a bias for action and a nothing-falls-through-the-cracks operating style
- Comfortable working across time zones in support of global enterprise customers
- Comfort using AI tools, including agentic workflows, to improve delivery efficiency and output quality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel onsite for customer kickoff meetings (typically 2-3 times per quarter)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience in recruiting technology, HCM, or applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with integration ecosystems (HRIS, ATS, middleware platforms such as Workato)
- Prior experience in a Customer Success, Professional Services, or Implementation function
- Track record of building delivery playbooks and process documentation from scratch
- Experience working with third-party implementation partners or system integrators
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools or platforms (Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar)
