IZO is a leading Experience Management consulting firm seeking an Experience Design Analyst. The role focuses on supporting the consulting team with process analysis, technical configuration of tools, and documenting workflows to ensure optimal operation and high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, parameterize, and test surveys and workflows within the Qualtrics platform
- Structure and design dashboards to ensure clear and analytical data visualization
- Thoroughly document implementation processes, technical specifications, and data flows
- Analyze databases and operational reports to identify technical anomalies and ensure data accuracy
- Support training sessions and workshops (in both Spanish and English) to ensure successful user adoption of the tools
- Provide first-level operational support for incidents or technical questions during projects
- Proactively coordinate with Project Managers to ensure agreed delivery timelines are met
Requirements:
- Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2 to 4 years of general experience in roles such as process analyst, software functional support, documentation, or technical platform implementation (ideally in agile environments, startups, or consulting firms)
- Bilingual English proficiency (minimum B2 level), with the confidence and fluency to conduct training sessions, deliver presentations, and interact with clients
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking to understand process flows, and a highly proactive attitude toward self-learning
- Previous knowledge or familiarity with the Qualtrics platform or other Experience Management tools (XM/CX/EX)
- At least 1 year of experience in analyzing, cleaning, and interpreting corporate data
- Experience with process modeling and documentation tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or similar)
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, complex formulas, and data organization)
- Basic knowledge or experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio)
