The Director, Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships will lead a team to drive revenue through strategic partnerships with large enterprises, engaging C-suite leaders to identify and close opportunities aligned with DoorDash for Business growth goals.

Requirements:
- 10+ years in enterprise/B2B sales or adjacent fields (e.g., consulting, banking) with 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong track record closing complex, multi-year F1000 enterprise partnerships and leading teams to exceed growth targets
- Expert in navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and selling at the C-suite and functional leader level
- Strong command of value-based, ROI-driven selling across executive priorities
- Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic partnerships, evolving GTM motions, and closing large, complex deals across highly matrixed organizations
- Experienced in complex contracting and negotiations, comfortable partnering with Legal and Procurement
- Data-driven operator with strong CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting
- Exceptional executive presence with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA preferred
- Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve prospecting, account research, outreach preparation, and overall sales productivity
- Comfortable applying AI tools in day-to-day work to surface customer insights, strengthen decision-making, solve problems faster, and operate more efficiently across the full sales cycle
