Harrison.ai is redefining healthcare through innovative diagnostic AI solutions aimed at improving patient care. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Director to develop and implement demand generation strategies that enhance pipeline and revenue growth, while collaborating with sales and customer success to achieve account-based marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build scalable strategies and tactics to accelerate revenue growth through high-velocity acquisition and nurturing programs across channels
- Design and orchestrate targeted ABM campaigns for strategic accounts, with emphasis on 1:1 and 1:few approaches
- Extend and adapt foundational product marketing messages and basic assets into fully-developed, segment-specific campaign materials, including creating slides, email copy, social content, and sales enablement materials with minimal guidance
- Partner with sales, CS and product teams to identify opportunities and ensure ABM initiatives directly support account growth objectives, accelerating prospect-to-pipeline velocity
- Own the demand generation engine including paid advertising across Google Search, LinkedIn, and X, organic programs, account-based plays, and channel strategy across the full funnel. Partner with Sales to align on pipeline targets and ensure tight feedback loops between marketing activity and revenue
- Establish analytics for campaign performance measurement; communicate performance results and insights to marketing, sales, and leadership teams
- Own campaign operations: manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns; ensure components around campaigns (emails, landing pages, content offers) are built, tested, and deployed effectively
- Drive email and lifecycle marketing, building the cadence to nurture prospects, re-engage interest, and support expansion in partnership with Customer Marketing
- Elevate content and social as growth channels, not just for awareness, but as measurable pipeline contributors. Develop strategies rooted in SEO, AEO, ABM, distribution logic, and audience insight
Requirements:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a growth or demand gen role at a high-growth tech company
- Proven success managing enterprise programs at scale
- B2B foundation paired with B2C instincts. You know how to test innovative approaches and utilize customer marketing to reach and activate users
- Experience in matrix organisations and complex sales environments
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated pipeline and revenue contribution
- Technical proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution platforms
- Deep knowledge of demand generation methods and multi-channel campaign execution
- Data-driven approach to decision-making that drives marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives
- Proven experience with B2B organic and paid channels including LinkedIn Ads, ABM platforms, and vertical-specific platforms
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Comfort building internal tools and workflows with AI. You see AI as a force multiplier and actively find ways to use it to drive speed, quality, and efficiency
