Responsibilities:
- Managing HubSpot workflows, campaigns, reporting, and marketing automation processes
- Defining and managing key marketing KPIs, dashboards, and campaign analytics
- Implementing email marketing best practices and A/B testing
- Collaborating cross-functionally with CRM, sales, and marketing teams
Requirements:
- 12+ Years of Marketing strategy and operations in a global retails organization
- Campaign operations & lifecycle marketing
- Workflow automation & audience segmentation
- HubSpot Marketing Hub deployment, operations and administration
- Comfortable defining and managing key marketing Kpi's, Dashboards & Campaign analytics
- Email marketing best practices & A/B testing
- Funnel metrics, attribution & performance optimization
- Cross-functional collaboration with CRM/ Sales & marketing teams
- Experience with HTML/CSS or SQL
- Exposure to multi-touch attribution models
- Experience in high-growth B2B environments
