Tekgence Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers through inbound calls and provide timely resolution to their concerns. The role involves maintaining high standards of call handling and delivering excellent customer experiences while adhering to client policies and compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through inbound calls and provide timely resolution to customer concerns
- Adhere to client policies and compliance guidelines throughout the process
- Resolve customer queries related to online banking systems and banking services
- Maintain high standards of call handling, customer service, and service quality
- Handle general customer queries with low to medium complexity
- Deliver excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Maintain a customer-focused, enthusiastic, and flexible approach while handling calls
- Utilize basic keyboard and computer skills for customer support operations
- Work effectively in a contact center/call center environment
- Prior experience in inbound or outbound customer service operations is preferred
- Experience in banking voice process or banking customer support is an added advantage
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations preferred
