Job Title – Project Manager (CCWIS) Certification Required: PMP Certified
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong application/software development experience and expertise in Child Welfare systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing large-scale government/public sector modernization projects and should possess strong Agile and SDLC delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software/application development projects within Child Welfare programs.
- Manage Agile/Scrum teams including developers, QA, architects, and business analysts.
- Drive project planning, execution, delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with state/federal agencies and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Child Welfare regulations, accessibility standards, and government mandates.
- Manage project schedules, sprint planning, UAT, releases, and production deployments.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, KPIs, and executive-level updates.
- Oversee vendor management and delivery governance.
Must Needed / Mandatory Skills
- PMP Certification is mandatory.
- Strong Project Management experience in Software/Application Development projects.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, SDLC, Jira, and enterprise delivery.
- Mandatory experience in Child Welfare domain.
- Experience working with CCWIS (Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System) is required.
- Experience with State Government/Public Sector projects is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
