System Administrator

We are looking for two experienced, process-oriented Systems Administrators to support a secure, stable, and high-performing hybrid IT environment. If you excel at server administration, identity management, and structured patch management, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview

• Work Location: Richmond, VA, USA, 23219
• Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (EST Shift)
• Mode of Interview: In-person
• Candidates: Local candidates strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure: Administer Windows Server environments (on-premises & cloud), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID).
• Patch & Vulnerability Management: Execute structured server patching, validate deployments, and track security compliance.
• Security & Compliance: Implement identity/access controls (MFA), assist with system hardening, and support security framework alignments.
• Operations: Provide Tier 2/3 infrastructure support, follow strict change management (CAB) processes, and administer backup/disaster recovery solutions.

• Windows Server & AD Administration (5+ Years)
• Operating System Troubleshooting (5+ Years)
• Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Management (3+ Years)
• Microsoft 365 Administration (3+ Years)
• Server Patch Management & Alert Response (3+ Years)
• Backup & Recovery Administration (3+ Years)
• Virtualization (VMware and/or Hyper-V) (3+ Years)
• Entra ID / Azure AD Administration (2+ Years)
• PowerShell Scripting (2+ Years)
• Change Management & Incident Response (2+ Years)
• Vulnerability Remediation & System Hardening (2+ Years)
• NIST or similar security framework exposure (2+ Years)
