Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CLM Product Consultant with strong expertise in the Fenergo platform to support strategic product initiatives. This role will partner with CLM product teams to define platform strategy, drive solution design, and enable scalable onboarding and compliance capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bring a balance of functional expertise, platform knowledge, and Agile delivery experience to guide research, discovery, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Strategy & Advisory

• Partner with CLM product teams to enhance platform strategy and operating models
• Recommend best practices for scaling the Fenergo platform
• Evaluate tenant configurations and propose optimization strategies
• Identify and improve build and deployment processes
• Provide recommendations to enhance the FenX platform and leverage new features

Solution Design & Delivery

• Design and evaluate solution approaches within Fenergo platform constraints
• Define integration patterns and data orchestration approaches
• Support planning, prioritization, and requirements definition
• Develop sandbox prototypes to validate solution approaches

Product Development Support

• Lead discovery efforts and translate business needs into user stories
• Refine epics, features, and user stories aligned with architecture
• Guide product owners and teams in creating configuration-ready artifacts
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams for consistent delivery practices

 Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in Fenergo CLM platform
• Experience with Client Onboarding, KYC, AML, and Compliance workflows
• Deep understanding of product onboarding journeys in Fenergo
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into platform configurations

Nice to Have

• Experience with complex enterprise CLM transformations
• Knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements
