Responsibilities:
- Design and launch engagement campaigns across email, push, and in-app
- Own lifecycle messaging strategy to drive activation and retention
- Run A/B tests on messaging, incentives, timing, and channels
- Analyze performance and ROI across all engagement efforts
- Use behavioral data to identify patterns and growth opportunities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
- Build repeatable playbooks for challenges, promotions, and launches
