- Develop and lead a product quality scorecard; tracking performance, availability, and quality with regular executive-level reporting
- Lead and scale a 150+ person, multi-site engineering organization; encouraging engagement, career growth, and high performance through strong leadership and structured review cycles
- Build company strategy, contributing to 1 and 3-year corporate and divisional planning, and building platforms, APIs, and tools that power the entire organization
Requirements:
- 15+ years in Engineering Leadership and Management in a global SaaS, internet, or software product organization, with a track record of growing responsibility and organizational impact
- Deep expertise in WordPress, Hosting, or Security; you understand the nuances of the WordPress ecosystem and can speak the language of developers and platform engineers alike
- A data-inspired leadership style; you leverage data science, ML, and hypothesis-driven validation to set direction and measure what matters
- Proven track record to lead at scale; you've successfully driven large, multi-functional initiatives requiring shared consensus across sophisticated, matrixed organizations
- Strong technical depth; including modern platform architectures, public cloud environments (AWS/GCP), multi-region applications, and complex product portfolio management
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
