GTM Growth is a revenue operations consulting firm that specializes in helping clients achieve significant revenue growth. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and engage potential clients, book discovery calls, and contribute to building the company's outbound playbook.
Responsibilities:
- Run targeted outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone into a defined ICP of B2B SaaS, logistics, and tech-enabled services companies
- Research accounts and prospects deeply: funding stage, GTM maturity, hiring signals, leadership changes, and tech stack indicators that point to a real need
- Write your own sequences and personalize at the account level, not just the contact level
- Book qualified discovery calls for the founding partners and confirm they hold up
- Own your numbers: activity, reply rate, meetings booked, meetings held, and pipeline sourced
- Maintain a clean CRM. Every account, every contact, every touch logged
- Partner with the founders on messaging tests, ICP refinement, and channel experiments. Your feedback shapes what we build
- Contribute to the outbound playbooks we deploy with clients. The best plays you run here become assets we sell
Requirements:
- 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling into founders, revenue leaders, or operations buyers
- A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding meeting and pipeline quota
- Strong written communication. You can write a cold email a busy CRO will actually open and reply to
- Comfort on the phone. Cold calling is part of the motion, not a fallback
- CRM fluency in HubSpot or Salesforce and working knowledge of modern outbound tooling (Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Self-directed and highly organized. You can manage your own pipeline without a daily check-in
- Curiosity about GTM strategy. You ask why a play works, not just what to send
