InCheck is looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their Revenue Team. The SDR will play a key role in connecting Marketing and Sales by engaging prospective clients, identifying opportunities, and scheduling high-quality discovery meetings for the Revenue Team.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows, partners, and outbound initiatives
- Schedule discovery meetings for the Revenue Team with qualified prospects
- Execute pre- and post-event outreach for webinars, conferences, and marketing campaigns
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers within organizations
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Use HubSpot, LinkedIn, intent data, and enrichment tools to prioritize and engage prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records, outreach activities, and follow-up sequences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to improve messaging, targeting, and lead conversion strategies
- Meet or exceed activity, meeting-setting, and pipeline contribution goals
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of SDR, BDR, sales, customer-facing, or related experience preferred
- Experience with phone-based outreach, lead qualification, or prospecting is a plus
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment is a plus
