Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Event Operations Manager to design scalable frameworks and project tracking systems to support their team in managing Tier 1 sponsorships and third-party industry events. The role involves creating operational models, managing project setups, and ensuring compliance while also overseeing data integrity and systems management for marketing technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize scalable operational models for third-party event workflows by analyzing past program operational performance and feedback
- Establish and build out tracking templates, master project plans, DACI frameworks, accountability matrices, and communication roadmaps within corporate collaboration tools
- Operationalize the tracking of event expenses, contracts, and vendor processing steps to maintain alignment with internal corporate compliance standards
- Document highly detailed, repeatable standard operating procedures for third-party programs to streamline enablement for internal marketing and sales stakeholders
- Partner closely with Marketing Operations to define and structure the backend lead capture parameters, automated lead ingestion workflows, and lead flow routing into marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Act as a metrics-driven operator, setting up data tracking frameworks, to ensure accurate reporting out of tools like Salesforce
- Serve as the system administrator and technical lead for the events team across primary tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Drupal
Requirements:
- 5+ years of dedicated experience specializing in event operations, marketing operations, or project management frameworks within high-growth B2B enterprise technology environments
- A proven track record built around infrastructure, systems administration, and logistics data
- Extensive technical comfort navigating enterprise software ecosystems including Salesforce CRM, Asana project management, Rainfocus or alternate registration tools, and data visualization tools
- A detail-oriented, metrics-driven approach with advanced capabilities in building tracking systems, structuring data pipelines, and manipulating Excel files
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft concise operational briefs, facilitate alignment meetings, and coordinate across cross-functional parameters
- Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Mac, and technology literate
