The role involves developing strategies for creator growth, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support affiliate growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for Creator Growth on TikTok Shop, focusing on enhancing creators’ e-commerce content approach and expanding their audience reach
- Drive success through clear goal-setting, campaign planning, brand collaboration opportunities, and guidance on content and merchandising direction
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to creator campaigns and shoppable content; adjust strategies to optimize engagement, content quality, and sales performance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Category, Product, Legal), to streamline processes, resolve friction points, and support affiliate GMV growth
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for technical issues encountered by creators
