UCSC Silicon Valley Extension is seeking a Fractional Growth Marketing Professional to help build an in-house digital marketing capability for their Post-Baccalaureate Premedical Program. The role involves transitioning marketing operations, managing digital campaigns, and training staff on marketing analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Transitioning paid digital marketing operations from an external growth marketing partner
- Managing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and related digital campaigns
- Setting up and refining GA4, dashboards, conversion tracking, retargeting, and marketing analytics workflows
- Training internal staff to independently manage campaigns and reporting
- Advising on AI-enabled marketing workflows, content optimization, and analytics tools
- Creating scalable SOPs and best practices for long-term internal operations
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing and lead-generation funnels
- Ability to work strategically and operationally in a lean environment
- Experience training and mentoring staff
- Comfort working with modest but targeted marketing budgets
- Familiarity with higher education, healthcare education, professional education, or enrollment marketing is a plus
