Data Analyst / Tableau Developer

General Dynamics Information Technology is one of the largest IT and mission services providers to the government, seeking a Data Analyst / Tableau Developer to support the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB). In this role, you will design and maintain Tableau dashboards, analyze large datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data visualizations and insights.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards using visualization best practices and iterative Agile development
• Analyze large datasets from data warehouses and relational databases to support research, reporting, and program insights
• Translate business and mission requirements into intuitive, actionable visualizations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support data modeling, data pipelines, and reporting solutions
• Present analytical findings and dashboards to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Continuously refine dashboards based on user feedback and evolving mission needs
