Enara Health is a pioneering obesity and medical weight loss start-up based in Silicon Valley, focused on delivering personalized healthcare solutions. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define product vision and drive execution within their Product and Tech organizations, ensuring alignment between clinical efficacy and software delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Cultural Leadership: Act as a role model within the Product and Tech organization. Foster a culture of high accountability, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
- Process & Execution: Own the "rhythm of business" for the engineering squads. Ensure that sprints are planned effectively, blockers are removed, and velocity is maintained without sacrificing quality
- Mentorship & Quality: Provide hands-on mentorship and support to engineering and product associates, helping the team connect their daily code to the broader clinical mission and ensuring the highest quality product delivery
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the bridge between clinical operations and technology, ensuring that the "why" behind every feature is understood by the engineers building it
- The Clinical Ecosystem: Design and manage product lifecycles that account for the complex interplay between: Patients: Creating engaging, empathetic interfaces that drive adherence and behavioral change. Providers: Building tools that reduce burnout, streamline clinical workflows, and provide actionable data at the point of care. Administrators: Ensuring robustness in billing, reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Roadmap Strategy: Translate high-level company goals into a prioritized roadmap. You must be ruthless in prioritization, balancing new feature innovation with technical debt and operational stability
- Data-Driven Iteration: Define success metrics (KPIs) built around clinical outcomes and user engagement. Use data to validate hypotheses and pivot when necessary
Requirements:
- 6-8+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in Digital Health or Clinical Technology
- Required residency in the US for at least 10 years, demonstrating deep practical knowledge of US clinical payment, regulatory, and operational environments (EMR, HIPAA, provider credentialing, etc.)
- Proven experience shipping products that serve the distinct needs of Patients, Providers, and Administrators. You understand EMR integrations, clinical workflows, and HIPAA compliance
- Experience managing agile ceremonies and driving accountability in engineering teams. You have a track record of improving team performance and morale
- You don't need to write code, but you must be able to debate technical trade-offs with engineers and understand the implications of architectural decisions
- Proven experience building with AI tools (e.g., LLM integrations, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted development workflows)
- Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Bubble, Retool, or Airtable) to build internal tools or MVPs rapidly
- You can speak 'Doctor,' 'Engineer,' and 'Business' fluently, switching contexts without friction
- You are bilingual and able to work in Spanish via our Chilean Engineering team
